Vaccinating against FLV (Feline Leukemia) and FIP (Feline Infectious Peritonitis) are NOT recommended.
Research is unclear on the safety and effectiveness of these vaccines.  I do not vaccinate until 4 months old
The parents are genetically tested to help insire a long healthy life. Parents have no internal or external parasites.

2. To insurere kitten's safety health you will not allow your new kitten to play with other animal for 2 weeks to insure
this kitten is not harmed and no health issue is passed on from prior pets.

4. To play with your kitten, provide toys, and not cage it it.
5. Not to allow this kitten outdoors unless leashed and accompanied by a responsible person.
6. Buyer agrees that this kitten will not be given,sold to a pet shop, shelter, or similar facility.Holly nwillreclaim kitten.
7. Buyer will contact seller at least weekly for 6 weeks, to insure you and pet are happy together.
8. Buyer agrees if any of the above terms are disregarded, breeder may reclaim this kitten with no refund.
The buyer agrees to pay all court costs if this contract is litigated. Litigation will be in/near Charleston, WV.
9. The breeder guarantees that the breeder's cattery is FLV negative, ktten is presently free or parasites disease,
and that this kitten will be accepted for replacement if returned within 7 days with a veterinarian's certificate that this
 kitten has a life threatening condition. Buyer will pay half transport costs..
10.if this kitten will be replaced if it dies within two years of a congenital defect and that said defect is evidenced in a
 Veterinarian autopsy report presented to the breeder.
